I have been in practice for over 38 years. I attribute my success to my father, who was also an attorney and who was the primary reason I went into law. His passion to fight for his clients instilled in me a strong sense to right the injustices people experience due to the negligence of others.

Sadly, my father passed away while I was still in law school. My biggest regret is that I never had the opportunity to practice law by his side. I am grateful, however, that my sons Joshua and Jonathan work with me today as we build this firm together.

Early in my career, I was fortunate to work at reputable Philadelphia law firms where I learned to use my knowledge of the law and think outside the box — finding solutions and resolutions for my clients both inside and outside the courtroom.

Every case is handled with an aggressive passion to win. Every client is treated with respect. I lead this team by example and hold every attorney and staff member accountable to that standard. Communication is everything. Many people who come to us have never been through an accident before. They feel powerless and unsure of what comes next. We understand how stressful it is to be in constant pain and not know where you stand.
