Student Internship Program

Goldberg & Weinstein accepts student interns and provides hands-on experience with real personal injury cases in a boutique, family-run firm environment.


This is not a filing internship. It is not a seat in the back of a conference room. Students who intern with us work alongside attorneys with decades of practice, gain exposure to active personal injury matters, and learn how a firm built on results — not volume — actually operates day to day.


What interns experience:

  • Exposure to active personal injury cases across the firm's full range of practice areas, including limited tort, car accidents, medical malpractice, and more


  • Direct interaction with attorneys and staff, not isolated departmental work


  • An inside look at how evidence is preserved, records are gathered, and claims are built and pursued



  • The operations of a firm that handles both direct client work and attorney referral matters simultaneously


We are open to applications from law students, pre-law students, and paralegal program students. The right candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in personal injury law and client advocacy.
