Joel Greenberg

Joel Greenberg, Esquire, has been preparing, trying, and resolving thousands of personal injury matters for the last four decades, many of which involved serverly injured clients.


Mr. Greenberg has lectured to fellow Pennsylvania attorneys on different trial techniques and in the art of cross examination. He currently serves as a Judge Pro Tem in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia, assisting the court in the resolution of major jury matters. He also serves as an Arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia. Other lawyers kindly refer to him as a “lawyer’s lawyer.” He is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Associations.


When he is not in the office, Mr. Greenberg has volunteered his services to represent victims of 9/11. In fact, he was recognized by the U.S. State Supreme Court on July 4, 2004, in Boston for representing pro bono individuals who were injured on 9/11. He is the proud father of three children and six grandchildren. His two oldest children are lawyers. Mr. Greenberg has been active for over 25 years in youth sports and has coached hundreds of young boys and girls. He has been active in many community and charitable organizations.
